Culture Capitalism Collective
January 20-23, 2025
Davos, Switzerland
Join us at our inaugural gathering to collaborate and build the framework for the future in a series of curated conversations and sessions, all dedicated to supporting, co-designing, and accelerating the financial inclusion of underrepresented communities, worldwide.
Mission
The Culture Capitalism Collective is committed to reshaping the economic landscape by promoting the financial inclusion of underrepresented communities across industries including technology, sustainability, finance, and healthcare.
By bringing together leaders to champion wealth-building and inclusive growth, the summit demonstrates that economic resilience and equity are not only compatible, but also essential to future-focused industries.

Goals for Davos 2025
-
Spotlight Inclusive Leaders to Unlock Market Growth
We will center underrepresented voices on stage, in workshops, and among business leaders, to drive opportunities and sustainable growth across key industries.
-
Connect Stakeholders to Build Trust and Engagement
We are committed to forging live, in-person connections with leaders across diverse communities to build trust, strengthen engagement, and foster long-term partnership.
-
Activate Inclusive Innovation for Future Profitability
Prioritize inclusivity in emerging business models to advance underrepresented voices across finance, tech, healthcare, and sustainability to drive meaningful, profitable progress.
-
Measure and Share the Impact of Inclusive Solutions
We aim to set measurable goals and new KPI’s to show that inclusivity is not just good for business; it’s essential for long-term market growth and stability.

Why Economic Inclusion Matters
The global purchasing power of underrepresented communities continues to grow. For example, Black and Latinx consumers in the U.S. alone wield a combined spending power of over $3 trillion. Expanding inclusive engagement across key sectors could amplify this economic power and drive transformative growth.
Insights & Strategic Focus
-
Inclusive tech development is essential for empowering underserved communities. Currently, Black and Latinx employees represent just 8% of the tech workforce, limiting the industry’s reach and relevance . Companies with more diverse teams experience 1.4 times higher revenue growth, underscoring that inclusive hiring and product development can drive substantial financial returns and wider economic impact.
-
The transition to greener economies demands diverse perspectives, as Black and Latinx communities often face the greatest environmental risks. Yet, only 4% of sustainability leadership roles are held by individuals from these backgrounds . Inclusivity within sustainability initiatives can accelerate adoption of eco-friendly practices and create community-driven solutions with long-term environmental and economic benefits.
-
Financial inclusion remains a critical gap for many communities, with 16% of Black and Latinx households still unbanked or underbanked. By developing financial products that meet the needs of these communities, financial institutions can contribute to wealth creation and close economic divides. McKinsey projects that closing the racial wealth gap could add $1 trillion to the U.S. economy by 2030.
-
Healthcare inclusivity is vital for equitable health outcomes. Less than 12% of healthcare executives are from underrepresented backgrounds, creating gaps in culturally competent care. Studies show that inclusive healthcare improves patient outcomes and reduces costs by ensuring treatments are relevant to all demographics.
